Well, I haven't blogged for so long that I need to play a bit of catch up! I don't really remember what we were doing in class, and going through my notes there wasn't anything on the 20th! What a dilemma! I will just go ahead and talk about what we did the next few days after the 20th, it'll be a bit like time travel. So cool. Anyways, we talked and discussed the Civil Rights Act of 1964. We also took a teeny bit of notes on what happened in Selma Alabama in March of 1965. What might this be you may ask, and the answer is this: a protest march asking for voting rights and they were assaulted by whites and law enforcement officials. So that was, or will be, history!
